Shipping policy

LEAD TIME All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the quote, price sheet or product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become back-ordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.

SHIPPING Cost of shipping is not included in the price and will charged accordingly. The price of transport is calculated based on the shipping destination of the order and the size and weight of the product. Custom taxes and import duties for international orders are not included in the cost of shipping.

DAMAGES All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
