PRICING Prices may be subject to change without notice.

LEAD TIME All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the quote, price sheet or product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become back-ordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.

SHIPPING Cost of shipping is not included in the price and will charged accordingly. The price of transport is calculated based on the shipping destination of the order and the size and weight of the product. Custom taxes and import duties for international orders are not included in the cost of shipping.

RETURNS Luft Tanaka Studio does not offer refunds. Returns will be accepted within 10 business days for company credit or exchange only. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned within intact, original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied for all returned items. There are no returns accepted on sale or clearance products and custom orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credits are valid for a period of two years from issued date.

CANCELLATIONS Order cancellations must be made within 5 business days of confirmation of order. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders. Company credit will be issued for canceled orders. Credits are valid for a period of two years from issued date.

WARRANTY Luft Tanaka Studio will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser from an authorized reseller or from Luft Tanaka Studio directly. Luft Tanaka Studio warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 1 year after date of purchase. Luft Tanaka Studio reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim to Luft Tanaka Studio within 10 business days of occurrence. Luft Tanaka Studio, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.

DAMAGES All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

STORAGE Customers will receive notification as to the date of order completion. If shipment is not made within 30 days of the completion date due to lack of payment or by customer request, Luft Tanaka Studio may charge a monthly storage fee equal to the greater of 3% of the order amount or $100.
